We offer free delivery on all of our products as we all hate paying shipping costs, however this is offered as Second Class with Royal Mail. If you need your product sooner, we do require £1.99 extra for any order sent First Class via Royal Mail. This will only be requested once for each order. It is not per item. RETURN POLICY We do not offer refunds for any wax melts that have been opened/used. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please let us know as early as possible and we can rectify the problem.
