We offer free delivery on all of our products as we all hate paying shipping costs, however this is offered as Second Class with Royal Mail. If you need your product sooner, we do require £1.99 extra for any order sent First Class via Royal Mail. This will only be requested once for each order. It is not per item. Standard Delivery - £2.50 We keep our delivery charges at a super low price so that you don't have to fork out just to receive your new items. Free Delivery over £30 At the moment, we do not offer Next Day Delivery but we do aim to dispatch our products within 3 days. RETURN POLICY We do not offer refunds for any wax melts that have been opened/used. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please let us know as early as possible and we can rectify the problem. We do offer exchanges for any unopened / non-personalised products but delivery must be paid by the customer. PAYMENT METHOD We currently offer payment via credit/debit card (WixPayments) or via Paypal. We are looking to add other forms of payment in the future.
